The purpose of the deployment test is to ensure that data are correctly archived in the Kanta Services. The test involves entering the data for a specified test case at a predetermined time.
Agree on a deployment test with your system provider, the personnel involved in deployment, and with your partners in cooperation (such as the person carrying out the test, application and telecommunications support, and the person acting as the Kanta archivist).
The deployment test is to be performed on a certified system in the service’s production environment. Kela will send the test personal identity codes needed for the test to your information system provider, who will share them with others who are participating in the test.
The person acting in the role of the Kanta archivist will use the Archivist’s User Interface to ensure that:
- all test case documents have been archived in Kanta and on the data controller’s register
- the information in the documents stored in Kanta matches the information in the client information system.
If you are purchasing outsourced social services or acting as a service provider, you may also need to conduct a deployment test of the register access right functionality.
