The wellbeing data and measurement results you record in MyKanta are currently only available to you. In the future, however, you will also be able to share your wellbeing data with social welfare and health care professionals, if you wish.
Recording measurement results in MyKanta
How to record your weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar directly in MyKanta:
Log in to MyKanta at kanta.fi.
Go to wellbeing data using the menu.
Record and save your measurement results.
Check that your data has been saved correctly.
What wellbeing data and measurement results are recorded in MyKanta?
You can record, view and delete data on your weight, height, heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar directly in MyKanta.
Previously, you may have recorded your activity data, blood sugar measurement results and self-care plans in the Kanta Services using separate wellbeing applications. At the moment, no applications have joined Kanta Services. It is therefore not possible to save new wellbeing data with wellbeing applications.
In MyKanta, you can view and remove access rights for wellbeing apps. The access rights are also automatically removed one year after the last use.
