Interruptions in the services in January 2025
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
11 January: Extensive interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: 11 January 2025 between 6am and 6pm
We are carrying out maintenance work in the Patient Data Repository, as a result of which there will be an interruption between 6am and 8am and short interruptions between 8am and 6pm in the following services:
- Patient Data Repository
- Patient Data Management Service
- System for issuing declarations of intent
- Imaging Data Repository
- Delivery of Medical Certificates
- Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
- MyKanta
We call on social and health care organisations and pharmacies to prepare for the interruption. Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.
