Interruptions in the services in April 2025
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
9 April: Short interruption in the use of Kanta Services possible
Time: 9 April 2025 between 6pm and 12pm
We will be carrying out technical maintenance on the Kanta services. This may affect health and social care professionals’ access to the Archive of old patient data service.
Please try to access the service again in a while.
10 April: Interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: 10 April 2025 between 9am and 10am
Due to maintenance work carried out in Estonia, there will be interruptions in the following Kanta service:
- Delivery of e-prescriptions between Estonia and Finland
- Delivery of patient summary to Estonia.

15 April: Imaging Data Repository is temporarily unavailable
Time: 15 April 2025 between 6pm and 8pm
System upgrades will be taking place in the Imaging Data Repository between 18:00 and 20:00 on 15th April 2025. This will cause an interruption in retrieval functionality for diagnostic tests in the Imaging Data Repository.
15 April: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 15 April 2025 between 8.30pm and 9.30pm
Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.
