Kanta.fi is a website and communication channel that provides up-to-date information and guidance to all users of the Kanta Services: customers, social welfare and healthcare professionals, IT and digital service experts, social welfare and healthcare policymakers, the media, researchers, and other stakeholders.
Kanta.fi is used to log in to MyKanta, which is one of the Kanta Services and the most frequently used social welfare and healthcare service in Finland.
Other Kanta Services communications channels
We provide information about the Kanta Services on social media channels, in the media, and at various events. Printed brochures are also available for social welfare and healthcare providers to order for their units from kanta.fi.
It is important to us to have a presence on social media channels because we want to communicate with our customers wherever they already spend time. We respond to customer questions on our social media accounts on weekdays.

In order to effectively reach different customer groups, we utilise marketing communications and advertising where necessary. Campaigns and advertising ensure that our messages are seen and heard in the channels that our customers use anyway.
