Termination of client account in the Kanta Services

When the use of the Kanta Services ends, the service enabler’s commitment on the use of the services must be terminated.

A service enabler that has deployed the Kanta Services can terminate the use of the service, for example, in connection with

  • cessation of activities
  • reorganisation
  • business acquisition
  • other change situation.

A commitment made by a service enabler must be terminated if the use of the Kanta Service under the name of the service enabler who entered into the undertaking no longer takes place.

Kanta Services can be terminated by submitting a Notice of termination of Kanta services (pdf, in Finnish). The notice is submitted by e-mail to kanta@kanta.fi or by post to the address shown on the form.
