The problem detected in Prescription service has ended.
The problem started on 26.11.2024 at 21 and ended on 29.11.2024 at 14.35.

Due to the technical problem with the service, it was not possible to withdraw denials of consent to sharing prescription data. If a customer attempted to withdraw their denial of consent to data sharing for a prescription while the technical problem was still ongoing, this withdrawal was not registered correctly in the Prescription service. That is why pharmacies are not able to view information on the prescriptions in question. 

Customers can fix this and update their consent to data sharing either in MyKanta or during a visit to a healthcare provider by doing the following: 

  1. First, set a denial of consent to data sharing again for the prescriptions in question. 
  2. Then withdraw this denial of consent, after which the information will be updated correctly in the Prescription service.
