Interruptions in the services in December 2024

Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

2 December: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible

Time: 2 December 2024 between 8.30pm and 0.30am

Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

Please try to access the service again in a while.

3 December: Service break in Kanta Services

Time: 3 December 2024 between 7am and 10am

Maintenance work will be carried out in the Kanta Services, affecting the use of the following services:

  • Kanta Extranet
  • Kelain.

Kanta Extranet will not be available during the service interruption.

For Kelain, it will not be possible to register a new user or modify the customer information of a previously registered user.

8 December: Short interruption in the use of Kanta Services possible

Time: 8 December 2024 between 6.30pm and 7.30pm

The Kanta Services is carrying out technical maintenance work, due to which there may be short interruptions in the use of the services:

  • Patient Data Repository
  • MyKanta
  • Imaging Data Repository

Please try to access the service again in a while.

14 December: Interruption in the Kanta Services

Time: 14 December 2024 between 6am and 7am

Kanta Service is undergoing technical maintenance, as a result of which there will be an interruption in the following services:

  • MyKanta
  • Kanta Extranet

Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.

14 December: Interruption in the transmission of medical certificates and statements to Kela

Time: 14 December 2024 between 6am and 8pm

Due to scheduled system deployment at Kela, there will be interruptions in the transmission of electronic medical certificates and statements to Kela between 6am and 8pm.

During the interruption, medical certificates and statements cannot be transmitted from healthcare providers to Kela. Doctors should instead follow the standard instructions and print out any medical certificate they issue on paper, sign it manually, and hand it over to the patient.
