We support pharmacies, Kelain users, social welfare and health care representatives, and system providers with questions about the Kanta Services.

Customer service

The customer service for professional clients is available to answer questions about being a Kanta Services client and joining the client test service. It also provides general advice about the Kanta Services.

You may contact us in the event of disruption or if you need technical support with using the Kanta Services.

We can help you with any issues with Kelain from Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 5.00pm.

Reporting faults

In the event of a fault, always complete the fault report form (pdf). If the incident is urgent, please also call the Kanta Services’ technical support on 020 634 7787 (available 24 hours a day).

System development support

Get advice on system development issues (specifications, certification) and troubleshooting in test environments.

Send applications to join the client test environment, requests to open or change an access point, and requests to add test ID cards to the client test environment to the email address below.

Joint testing

Register for joint testing and find out more about joint testing, test cases, and test materials. You can also contact us if you need test IDs for a client test environment or for ongoing joint testing.
