The problem discovered in logging in to MyKanta continues

The problem affecting Kela’s systems continues. The problem is preventing some users from logging in to MyKanta. The problem first occurred at 7.03 on 20 May 2024.

We have located the problem. It is a technical system failure caused by earlier planned maintenance. We are currently working to get it fixed.
