Interruptions in the services in October 2023
Planned update and maintenance tasks that may result in interruptions to the use of the services during the month are published here. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
2 October: Interruption in the Kanta Services
Time: 2 October 2023 between 8am and 12 noon
Due to maintenance work carried out in the data system of European Commission, there will be an interruption in the following Kanta service:
- Delivery of e-prescriptions between different EU countries
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please try to access the service again after the interruption, if necessary.
3 October: Partial service outage for maintenance in the archive of imaging data
Time: 3rd October 2023 from 6:00pm to midnight
Updates are being made to the archive of imaging data in order to improve operations. The archiving and retrieval of studies will work as normal. New archiving tasks recorded during the partial service outage will not be immediately visible in the XDS archive, and will appear after a delay of a few hours.
3 October: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 3 October 2023 between 8:30pm and 2am
Kanta-service is undergoing technical maintenance work, due to which there may be interruptions in the use of the services.

5 October: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 5 October 2023 between 9pm and 12 midnight

7 October: Short interruptions in the Kanta Services possible
Time: 7 October 2023 between 8am and 6pm
