A technical problem has been discovered in the Prescription service
Due to the malfunction, the denial of consent to sharing prescription data is not possible.
If the prescription can't be retrieved with a social security number, it can be done with a barcode that is found from a patient information leaflet or with a printed prescription summary from MyKanta.
The problem appeared at 21.00 on 26/11/2024, and its cause is being investigated.
